What We Do
Early recovery can be very challenging. Change is not easy, that is why a Recovery Coach would be very helpful with navigating your way through the process. Whether you are currently returning from an inpatient substance use treatment program, considering your relationship with alcohol or drugs, you’ve had a relapse and need to get back on track or you are currently in recovery and feel lost, a Recovery Coach will work with you to put together a plan of action based on your needs and comfort level. Admitting that you are struggling with addiction is the first step towards recovery. Initially, just the thought of it can be very overwhelming. That is why having support in the early stages can be beneficial for continuous success. Recovery should be a therapeutic, healthy and fun process, that does require some work. The Recovery Coach can be with you during these initial stages to help fortify a foundation for success by providing support, accountability and direction. The more work you put in the more likely you will settle into this new way of living. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals and establish healthier relationships with yourself and the people around you.
